Yes, we have built our own Ai Agent(s) to automate particular tasks. Our system can read any document and process the information and populate a shipment with that data. If thats a Purchase/Supplier Invoice, Commercial Invoice or an actual booking we can automate this. You can either drag a document into the system, or you can send it via email. We also have integrations with other Ai providers such as Breeze Ai for Cargo Insurance and iCustoms for Customs.
YES! We insist the usage of MFA for all users. The data is secure and encrypted anyhow but we demand this extra level of security.
YES! We can spin up instance in EU, USA and Far East. All our infrastructure is GDPR compliant.
All our products are backup every 4 hours. We can restore any instance very quickly, we also have bug and error tracking to enable us to fix issues before they become a problem.
We have various providers we work with, however we can do direct customs clearances through our customs module. There are extra charges but this is standard. We can do Import/Export and Transit declarations

YES! we have designed the system to groupage and standard shipments. We have developed a transport module to enable you to build a Groupage load by dragging and dropping shipments. We also can do Airfreight Consolidation and LCL Groupage containers (Buyers Consols).
Our system can generate any shipping document i.e collection notes, delivery notes, House Bills etc.. We can use your own templates as well. Our document area you can also drag emails into the shipment as well as drag document from desktop or folder into a shipment. We can also allow your customers to upload documents on to shipments via our customer portal (CocoonTMP®). Your operator will get an email notification every time a document is uploaded.
YES! it comes with a customer portal called CocoonTMP®. The portal is packed with useful tools and information to help your clients. You can also allow the consignee or consignor access to their shipments only as well as foreign agents. The portal also has an API enabling you to connect to an ERP system to receive real time updates. The customer portal also can allow customers to book shipments.
YES! it comes as stand. We provide emissions data on quotations, shipments/consignments and invoicing. With Actionable data. We also allow you to enter in any Certificates of Emission Reductions (CERS) as well as any serial number or project numbers for Carbon offsetting or Avoidance/Insetting. We provide Well to Wheel Emissions as well as other matrix in a simple and easy to understand format. We like to make it simple and easy to understand.
YES! seamlessly… we supports integration with systems like Xero, QuickBooks, Sage, and others. These integrations enable automated invoices synced to financial systems, reducing manual admin and errors. If you reconcile the invoice within the accountancy software it will update CocoonOPS and the credit limits automatically.
YES! We have around 20+ reports built as standard which are preformatted. We’ve got another 25 reports due to be added to the system. Report include Profit & Loss, Invoice reports, quote reports, consignment counts by mode, carbon balance plus a lot more.
YES! you can setup a report to be sent via email hourly,weekly,monthly at set times, in a few clicks. All reports are sent to email to make them compile quickly.
We just need an example, know what it’s based on and then we can build it into the reporting suite. Chances are we’ve already have it on our development plan as we have 100s of different examples of reports we’re just putting reports in that will actually be used, not nice to have.
